The day was well structured with some beautiful hiking through the forest in the morning, a traditional local lunch, more sweeping mountaintop hiking, and a stop at a local black forest village and winery for a tasting. Henry is a history aficionado and knew so many facts about the area and where we had stayed beforehand (Baden-Baden), and was an incredibly thoughtful guide and host for the day. We've been on several day tours on other vacations, but this was by far the best and served as a very memorable experience for our first time in Germany. I cannot recommend Henry's services enough!
