A wonderful day out to the German wine road, set in the lovely Pfalz countryside
My personal favorite tour, this guided journey takes you to the heart of German wine country. Sampling numerous regional wines in the delightful landscape of the Pfalz, this private wine tour is a must for travelers interested in German viticulture.
We will head to the delightful village of Deidesheim. It lies on the famous Weinstrasse (wine road) and is in the heart of the Pfalz wine growing country. Here there are over 15 wineries to visit, including some of the most prestigous in Germany.
We visit a selection of these and enjoy tasting a selection of white, red & sparkling wines in the elegant tasting rooms. A guided tour of one of the very old & fascinating winery cellars can also be arranged if you wish.
